MANILA, Philippines - Two men have been arrested by police after allegedly offering to sell drugs on a public street.
The men were arrested on Monday, when officers from the city’s Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), working for the Philippines’ National Health and Education Commission, raided a pharmacy at the city’s public park.
The men were allegedly offered to sell the drugs at a pharmacy in the city’s tourist district, but were told to wait a week before going to the pharmacy.
